We will show you how to open your heart…

The heart center is the seat of love and compassion. An
open and balanced heart center bestows wisdom,
success and fulfillment of desires as well as a strong
immune system. We will practice a Kundalini Yoga set
and a meditation to open the heart center and remove
blocks that cause painful relationships, selfishness and
prevent you from enjoying life to the fullest. Opening
the heart center gives you a profound experience of
self-love and of compassion for yourself and others. As
you surrender the analytical mind, you attain clarity
and serenity in your relationships and create the space
to attract abundance and opportunities.
